Dave Hoye will be here to discuss his children’s book, Gabby the Rescue Dog, his writing process, and will answer questions at the end. You can also meet Gabby the Rescue Dog herself!

The Book: This book is about the journey of a Rescue Dog, who was in shelters for one and one half years in three different locations. It imagines what a lonely dog would experience spending so much time in shelters without being adopted.
