Hartley Small Business Relief Program
Attention Hartley Small Businesses:
The City of Hartley has allocated $30,000 for a Small Business Relief Program for Hartley businesses financially impacted by COVID-19.
The City of Hartley has made funding available in the form of relief grants to assist small businesses that have been directly impacted by the COVID-19 virus. These grants will be administered by Hartley Economic Development Corporation (HEDC).
Our goal is to reach as many businesses as possible with the funds available. A total of $30,000 has been allocated for this program.
We will be awarding grants from $500 up to $1,200, depending on the number of approved applicants, to help Hartley businesses pay utilities, rent, and other operating expenses. Grant applications will be evaluated by an independent review committee.
Who is Eligible?
- Businesses with fewer than 25 employees (including sole proprietorships & self-employed)
- Businesses financially impacted by COVID-19
- Businesses located within Hartley city limits
